Traffic Collision – Reconstruction

This course is designed to provide students the opportunity to experience, investigate, and describe various relationships in physics as related to Traffic Accident Reconstruction. The correlation between mathematical models and real world events is highlighted. Topics covered range from a review of subjects presented in previous courses to conservation of momentum and damage analysis. Documentation techniques are augmented with additional emphasis for completing investigative reports dealing with this level of material, presenting information to attorneys and testifying.

Successful completion of the Intermediate and Advanced Traffic Collision Investigation Courses, or equivalency, are pre-requisites to this course. If you have any questions or issues about these prerequisites, please contact the GTA/RTC as soon as possible.

POST Reimbursement Plan IV: Tuition is $950. Travel reimbursement is available via Training Reimbursement Request (TRR).

Non-POST Reimbursable agencies: Tuition is $950. There is no reimbursement for travel and per diem.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates RTC for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.
No Shows: A No Show on the day of the class will result in a full charge for the class.
