This course is open to anyone that has previously taken the Strengths Finder 2.0 course and assessment. If not, discover what makes you exceptional and maximize your potential by taking the CliftonStrengths assessment. This course is designed to take participants to a deeper level of understanding their unique themes. When you know your unique set of talents, you’re empowered to succeed by doing what you naturally do best. Every. Single. Day.
In this course participants will:
- Identify ways they utilize their talents at work and home
- Explore the raw and mature use of their talents
- Set goals to move from talent to strengths
- Discover the right combination of their talents
- Learn ways of finding success through leveraging their strengths
*All participants are required to bring a copy or list of their top 5 strengths from the Gallup “CliftonStrengths assessment”
Course Fee: $75.00
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates RTC for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.
No Show: A no show on the day of the class will result in a full charge for the class.
