Course Overview:
Having persuasive conversations while expanding productivity and avoiding burn out. Motivating employees and expanding productivity is a priority for managers and supervisors. The environment for workplace leaders is in a continual state of evolution. The modern manager must contend with tenured and new employees from differing generations with unique needs. This course will provide the tools needed to motivate employees while providing strategies for improved team cohesion. A motivated employee is encouraged through a process of identifying needs, facilitating motivational conversations, managing stress, and avoiding burnout.

Tuition: $150
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates RTC for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.
No Shows: A No Show on the day of the class will result in a full charge for the class.
