Course Description

The Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring Course is open to any Supervisor, Manager or leader who in addition to their leadership responsibilities, also provides training to employees (i.e. On the Job, Over the Shoulder, Classroom, Meetings, etc.).

The purpose of this course is to enhance the skills of these leaders within the domains of Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching, with a specific focus on bringing effective skills from each domain to their role as a leader/trainer. This course is led by a team of highly experienced trainers who will facilitate the course using active, hands-on participation with the students. Course work includes “learning by doing” through practical exercise.

Course Fee Information: 

Reimbursement Plan IV: There is no tuition for POST reimbursable agencies. Student travel and per diem reimbursement will be via Training Reimbursement Request (TRR) for POST reimbursable agencies only. 
Non-Reimbursable agencies:
Tuition is $350. There is no reimbursement for travel and per diem.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class will not be charged. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Cancellations received ten (10) or less business days before the start of the class will be charged at full price. This late cancellation charge compensates RTC for the non-refundable costs incurred prior to the start date of the course.
No Shows: A No Show on the day of the class will result in a full charge for the class.
