Course Description
This course is for dispatchers and supervisors who are responsible for the receipt of domestic violence calls, their management, and the dispatch of first responders. It provides up-to-date information to assist dispatchers in the safe and successful handling of domestic violence incidents. Instructors will also discuss protocols and issues specific to your area and jurisdiction.
